A Team You Can Trust
Joe & Co. Interiors started in 2017 as a side project for founders Joe & Courtney to help friends and family struggling to find affordable contractors they could trust. They soon found that many others were struggling to find reliable contractors and, in 2019, opened up their services with the goal of providing quality construction with reliable communication.
Joe & Courtney met on Dewey Beach, fell in love in Long Neck, married in Rehoboth Beach in 2018, and currently reside in Millsboro with their Labrador Retriever, Captain. Together they have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
Joe DiCampli, Owner + Lead Carpenter | After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at West Chester University, Joe returned to his true passion, carpentry. He went on to complete his apprenticeship and win the Carpenters JAC Skills Contest for interior systems while working in commercial finish carpentry in the Greater Philadelphia area. Now, you can find Joe on the job site every day, ensuring projects are running smoothly at the highest standard of quality.
When he’s not wearing his tool belt, Joe enjoys working out, boating, fishing, snowboarding, cycling, and taking his dog to the beach. Although he’s now a Delawarean, he will always be a Delco boy at heart.
Courtney DiCampli, Owner + Designer + Project Manager | Courtney is a licensed professional engineer with a passion for design and a well-rounded background in the civil engineering industry. She earned a master’s degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Delaware. She has 11 years of experience in construction project management, civil/site design, and structural building design in Delaware and the Greater Philadelphia area. Most days, you can find Courtney communicating with our clients and subcontractors or drawing up our latest project design.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling, cycling, snowboarding, listening to podcasts, playing video games, or reading a good book.
Captain, The Shop Dog | Our all-around good boy and tennis ball enthusiast. You can often find him hanging around the shop, riding along in the truck, or swimming at the beach.
